TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

HELIUM BALLOONS - INSTORE

Once balloons have left our store and are no longer in our possession we do not take reponsibility of them and therefore will not replace them so please handle them carefully to avoid disappointment.  

FOIL BALLOONS/LATEX BALLOONS - ONLINE

In the event that you have purchased a foil balloon/latex balloon from our online store that will be inflated by yourself or from another party shop, we will not be liable for a replacement of the foil/latex balloon if it has been deemed to be damaged during the inflation process. 

 

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 5 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.

Please email us at info@balloonandpartyfx.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. 

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

If products are faulty we will provide a full refund including postage.

Balloon & Party FX will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please Note: No refund or exchange on costumes, hats, wigs, masks & capes
 

PICK UPS

Balloon & Party FX will make every effort to have your order ready for collection within 48 hours of ordering. You will recieve an email from us informing you that your order is ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up within 5 days, (unless you have contacted us to make alternative arrangements) we have the right to cancel your order.  A restocking fee of $10.00 may apply.  No refund or exchange will be provided. 

If you send someone on your behalf to collect your order, we will not be held liable for any lost, misplaced or damaged items that form part of your order.  All pick up orders are checked before being finalised.

Pick up Returns Policy - If you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to exchange the items instore within 5 days from placing the Order.  In the event that your Order is picked up AFTER 7 days, no exchange or refund will be given. 

 

UNCLAIMED RETURNS

In the event that your parcel has been forwarded to an Australia Post outlet for collection and you do not claim your parcel from Australia Post within their time frames, your order will be returned to our store.  In the event this occurs, there will be a restocking fee of $15.00.  If you would like your order to be resent, a further shipping charge will then apply. 

YOUR CONTACT DETAILS

Please note when placing an order, it is in your interest to give us your correct EMAIL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and POSTAL ADDRESS as we will not be held responsible for incorrect details being entered by you at the time of placing your order. 

If we need to contact you in relation to your order, this will DELAY your order as we will not be able to contact you.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

For Orders that are processed through Credit Card online, If you wish to add additional items to your order, we will need authorisation from you via email authorising the amout to be charged on your credit card.  In the event that no such authorisation is provided in a timely manner, your order will be placed on HOLD until such authorisation is given.  This will DELAY your order.

 ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

At times you may be required to make additional payments to your order if there has been a change on an item you have ordered OR you have selected the wrong shipping.

We will contact you the same day by telephone and if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your Order will remain on HOLD for 48 hours or SHIPPED less the item you haven't paid for or required to pay extra for.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

All cancellation of orders must be made 5 business days prior to the day required for pickup/delivery as your order may have been picked and packed ready for shipment.  If you wish to cancel your Order for any reason prior to your Order being shipped, an administration, restocking and handling fee of up to $50.00 may apply and will be deducted from any refund being processed. 

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 1-2 weeks.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

Balloon & Party will try to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without our knowledge or be backordered by our supplier. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable our staff will contact you as soon as we are aware of an issue to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. If we cannot contact you within two (2) days, we will ship your order without the missing product and issue a refund for the out of stock item.

ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order and processing of payment via Paypal or Credit Card.  If you have been advised that you are entitled to a refund from our Customer Service Team, refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 1-2 weeks. 

PRICING

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST(10%). We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Balloon & Party FX respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Your information will be used to process orders only. Any email address given can be used for remarketing purposes including contacting you for reviews of your product and letting you know about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you.
