Confetti Balloons

Balloons can be filled with air or helium. Best to inflate balloons on the day of your party. If filling with air, rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the confetti to stick. Please note when using helium: confetti will not stick to the sides of the balloon as shown, instead pooling at the base and moving with the balloon. Looks cute both ways!
